Hey, I’m Nish and this is my story:
I’m Nish – a British born, South East London gal with Mauritian heritage. I have always had a passion for mentoring and bringing out the best in people. When COVID arrived in 2020, I used lockdown as an opportunity to become a qualified coach and started my business in 2021.
My career initially begun as an Investment Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2011 which sucked me into the corporate sector for 6 years. After travelling the world, I came home in 2018 and landed a Philanthropy Manager role at one of the best charities in the world – Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. It finally hit me that I did not need the industry experience everyone had warned me about and so I wanted to empower others to make bold moves in their career.
After working for prolific organisations for over 10 years, I realised that our belief systems around work are outdated.
In my first year of business, I helped over 20 women across the globe with their career transitions, held confidence workshops for the biggest companies in UK and hosted talks for ASOS and Lost Village. In 2022 I became a Career Consultant for the London School of Economics.
My mission is to help you find confidence in your career despite what stage you are at.
